Holy Make Overs, Batman!

Lately I have become attached to just about anything that involves masks, especially if they are of the Batman-like variety. Case in point being these silver mask earrings by Mooen on Etsy (which we recently discovered via Facebook). This is probably because they remind me of the very first collection from LBG, and also for sentimental reasons because we will soon be letting that go.

The plan for the Autumn/Winter 2011 collection is to rip it up and start again, to a certain extent, especially now we've got a better feel for where this label should be heading. Amongst other changes, that will also mean waving goodbye to some of those quirky and cool signature images from our original photoshoot.

I'm not gonna lie, I feel like Love Baby Grand has settled into a comfort zone lately and that kind of thing can easily turn into a bit of a rut. Sometimes you get so caught up in the day to day running of your business that all the interesting ideas you wanted to try in the future end up staying on the back burner. It's really important to keep things fresh, so that will have to become much more of a priority over here at HQ.

I'm a little bit too excited about the next season of Love Baby Grand, and I hope you will be too!
